Oral presentation

The following audio-video equipment will be in each lecture hall: One data projector, one Windows laptop and a laser pointer/presenter. The computers are equipped with Windows 8.1, PowerPoint 2010, Adobe Acrobat Reader and software for playing videos with/without sound.  In lecture hall 3A and 3D two microphones for each room will be available. In lecture hall 3B and 3C there is no need to use a microphone.

There is no possibility for Overhead and Slide Projection.

Should you require additional equipment, it is essential that you contact the conference secretariat to discuss your requirements. We will try to accommodate requests, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Speakers should transfer (via USB drive) their presentation (PowerPoint or PDF file) to the computer in the lecture rooms before the start of their session, from 8.30 to 8.55 AM for the morning sessions and from 1.00 to 1.45 PM for the afternoon sessions.

Please bring presentations on USB drive so that they can be loaded and tested on the lecture hall computer prior to each session of talks.

Even if not encouraged, the speakers will be able to use their own laptop for presentation. In this case they should also come to the lecture room before the start of the session to check whether everything is OK. It is recommended to have a copy of the presentation on a USB key in case of a problem.

Volunteers will be available to help with uploading your talk.
